Dota 2 Community Team Formations

Hello Everyone, my friends and I are looking for new players to play Dota with, We're a group consisting of about 15 members that consistently play Dota daily. We are looking for members who are mature and don't rage or mic spam. We have our own mumble server that we all get on to find matches together.
