Two Cents Gaming is Recruiting Newbies & Veterans to take part in a milti-game organization, with mumble, and fast growing competitive teams(specifically, Dota 2).

TCG is building several competitive Dota 2 teams, with an emphasis on having fun while being the best. There is no maximum or minimum amount of player we are looking for, the end result being weekly practice, scrims(online & in-house), shout-casted match reviews, and a structure around growing the teams online. MLG/GB Leagues & Ladders are a primary focus.

Our mumble is open to players 24/7 for any game play, and welcome anyone who is interested in not only playing but learning new games. Our members are friendly, open-minded, and realistic human beings.

We are looking for people who can provide feedback, take feedback, and be calm/relaxed.
Ragers not welcome. No age restrictions.

Feel free to respond here, add me on steam(SupagreeN), or send me a private message.
Responses assumed with the following criteria:
-Steam Name
-Experience
-Skill Level (noob 1 - 10 pro)
-Top 5 Heroes
-Schedule
-Goals

** Tryouts will be held for player review in conjunction with criteria submitted. Recruitment is also based on player participation and activity in mumble. Microphone required for competitive play, but not for member consideration. **

Edit 3/22/13 - NA based players only. Sorry for not clarifying this earlier.

Thank you for your time! :)

hello! I'm a lower level player about 70 hours into my Dota career. I've played about 70 matches as well. I really enjoy the game, and would like to become better, and eventually, competitive. Being able to have a group of friend to play, learn, and have fun with sounds great to me, as I do seem to have a lot of issues with people in public match making.

I feel like I do have some potential, but will admit to not being very good at this time. Most of my time in game has been spent playing single draft, to try getting acquainted with as many heroes as possible, and fine a good core of heroes I would like to get serious about. I suppose this was sort of a ramble, so I'll give you the information you asked for.

My Steam name is DJRolling, and last time I checked there isn't anyone else with this name. As I said, I've played almost 70 matches, none of which I have abandon, and I believe I have lost about 5 more than I have won. Between one and ten, I would put myself at a generous three. I have watched far more Dota than I have played, however, so I feel like there are some concepts I understand that most at my skill level would not. I think that will make it easier for me to learn how to do these things for myself.

I've only played single draft, but I do like some heroes more than others. Weaver to me is the coolest hero in the game, and I would really like to learn how to play him. I have the most experience with Witch Doctor playing support. Also I like Tinker, Necrolyte, and Disruptor, but I have little experience with any of the three. There are only a few heroes I've played more than 2 or 3 times.

I am available most every evening EST from about 8pm until midnight or later. My main goal is to get better at this game, while making friends and having fun. I've always had more fun playing Dota with people I know, and would really like to have someone tolerant of helping me learn to play at a high level. At this time, I don't own a microphone, but a decent quality headset is at the top of my list of things to buy.

Thank you for giving me a chance!

-Steam Name: Pyro

-Experience: ~2 years in LoL, a bit fooling around in Smite, about 25 hours of DotA 2.

-Skill Level (noob 1 - 10 pro): 3? 4? I'm pretty new, and I don't really know who to compare myself to.

-Top 5 Heroes: Been mostly doing random since I go solo, but if I had to pick I'd say:
Storm Spirit
Faceless Void
Phantom Lancer
Clinkz
I dunno about a fifth.

-Schedule: Regular high schooler's schedule.. Most afternoons to nights on weekdays, ~6-10 hours on weekend days.

-Goals: Prioritizing on fun, but I end up having potential for competitive.. I'm all in.

EDIT: I hope there are no restrictions for region, I'm not 100% sure I can play on a US server without having some lags.

Hi my steam account is useyourname1 (nick: BarneyTheDino). I have racked up 400 hours on this game.
Experience: i played very little DotA, maybe a month only and then stopped but I am committed to sticking with dota 2 (especially with the amazing improvements)
Skill level: 7 (i think), i stopped playing pubs for a while and is only practicing against bots.
Top 5 heroes (in order): Silencer, Gyrocopter, Queen of Pain, Templar Assassin, Keeper of the Light. (huge fan of gankers)
my schedule is mixed, might play every day for a whole week, maybe not for a week, I'm pretty busy most of the time but should be free for a long while now that exams are over.
My goal is simply to have fun with the game (as long as i am playing with nice players, idc about skill level or if a player is feeding etc).

Thank you to all who have posted thus far, we are sending out a round of invites and will be hoping to host tryouts asap. For those that have not yet posted or added me, the door is still open.

I have also updated the original post to reflect the NA requirement, we are all based out of North America. :)

Hi I'm 15 years old and have played about 180 real matches of Dota 2.
I played a little lol and the original DotA.

As far as best heroes it's hard to say as I mostly play single draft. However, I'd say they are.
1. Troll Warlord
2. Huskar
3. Weaver
4. Witch Doctor
5. Lifestealer

However I can pick up most any hero and play them well enough.

Skill level is probably a 6-7.

My steam name is UNORC. I play 2-3 matches on weekdays between 3:00 and 8:00 EST. on weekends I can play upwards of 10 matches a day.
