The item says that it is a unique attack modifier and does not stack with other unique modifiers. However, Skeleton King's vampiric aura does not say that it is a unique attack modifier. Does that mean that the item can in fact stack with the aura?

In revers captains mode one team had a Skeleton King with vlads and a Phantom Assassin with HotD. The PA had over 50% life steal.
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.
