What does suicide lane mean and how does it work. What does off-lane mean and how does that work. Any help would be appreciated.

If I remember correctly, 'suicide lane' and 'off-lane' are both other names for the hard lane (top for Radiant, bot for Dire). It is generally where a hero goes if they are to solo a lane, other than mid.

A suicide lane is the generally the solo lane versus the tri/duo enemy safe lane. So Radiant top, Dire bottom. Its purpose is to allow for two solo lanes on the team, and allow a jungler or a trilane to be ran.

A suicide lane is a different term for the short lane for each team. The off-lane is when someone goes on the suicide lane alone.
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.

A suicide lane is more difficult than its counterpart, since:

You do not have access to your own jungle (no safe pulling/stacking)

The enemy team does have access to their jungle, allowing them to stack and pull while you can't.

The creeps start closer to the enemy tower

There are generally more places to gank a suicide lane than a safe lane.
