I get that it's a percentage, but I'm just curious as to whether or not there is a way of seeing who voted or at least how many +1's & -1's one has?

No. Public voting causes way too much fighting and unrest. Voting systems are meant to be private, that's the whole point.

Showing vote counts, we might do this in the future. If you have any other concerns or suggestions about the voting system, post them in this thread;
