I actually really like this idea! I mostly play LoL but I have the same issue where I'm afraid to practice and learn other heroes because I know I'm going to probably lose and let my team down. With this game mode everyone is going to be unpracticed with the hero. Awesome idea Valve! :)

@ Pu12e you should just write your steam name instead of the link because since it's 1 long word it's breaking the forum pages. :(
