New to the game, and new to Skeleton King

Hi everyone,
I just started playing Dota2 a few days ago. I played Dota vanilla in the past and my favorite hero is still Balanar, Nightstalker and I stop many many year ago and now I am back in Dota 2 and feel very rusty. Since I am newbie to Dota2, I wanna try something different, so I decided to give Skeleton King a shot and many of my friends said Skeleton King is the easiest hero to use.

My question is, for a new player such as me, do I jungle farm (jungling) or should I just stay in a lane?

As Skeleton King, you can farm the lane and jungle pretty easy. If you got a support that helps you on lane and makes sure you are free-farming, you can stay in lane, since it's faster gold than the jungle. But if you can't find enough farm in the lane, you can just switch in the jungle.

Also, in mid-late game, you'll farm the jungle/ancients mostly.

A tip: Do not get lifesteal in lane, you will have more sustain, but this will be countered by it passively pushing your lane which will cause you to take more harass and open for ganks.

If you post some videos of you playing or give some replays It will make it easier to help you.

in my opinion you should farm lane until you have lifesteal then farm jungle/ free lanes until you think you have enough farm.

Lanes will always give more farm if you can last hit correctly, however mid-late game the jungle will be safer to farm.
