So far I have 2 great students who I am dedicating my efforts to train. We are usually on at different times. This is not a problem to me though. I am fine with it cuz I am active. Anyway, I can take on a lot more than 2 apprentices because of this. I only go to school 3 days a week cuz I am so far ahead with plenty of time to have fun. Anyways, my methods are balanced, though many people don't agree with me about things such as underplayed heroes like Clockwerk, Gyrocopter, Treant Protector, Magnus, and Techies. I believe that a strategy should not be based on popularity, single standard every game builds, and traditions. I believe a strategy is about key things such as figuring out the best item and strategy for each situation. Of course I believe you should take advantage of each player's and heroes strengths and weaknesses. I also believe that sometimes you gotta compromise and that you shouldn't go into a game without a strategy.
First thing is first. Here is my requirements for teaching you.
- You must have and be willing to use a functional mic.
- You must be online and active during the time I am training you.
- You must be willing to view and observe the links I send you for training.
- You must be willing to play in a group with me and my other students and friends.
- If you have any friends that you want to invite to party's that is either annoying, stubbern, or mean I you are gonna have to be willing to let that want go.
- You must be willing to play on US East server and/or West server.
- I cannot train someone who is super laggy on US Servers all the time. Occasionally is fine but if you just cannot handle Dota 2 or US servers I can't do it.
- I don't want you starting a fight with my other friends or students like an *******. My friends and students are nice so you won't get cruelty from them.
- You must want to improve.
- you must speak English well enough that we can understand eachother.
Benefits my students get.
- I know a lot of cool, friendly, and funny guys that you will probably meet while I train you. Some of them own privet clans, both competitive and casual. They also have mics.
- You will meet me.
- You will not only learn from me, but you will learn from my friends too if you ask questions.
- You will play games as a team and that teaches a lot as it is.
- You will have fun too ^^. My first student said gaming has been way damn better since he met me.
Roles that I can teach you.
- Initiator
- Tank
- Semi-Carry
- Support
- Some Hard-Carry
- Pusher
- AOE Crowd Control
- Disabler
My Training Methods.
- One of the things I will be teaching you is combos. Combos are especially important to building a good line up and strategy during the min your team gets to pick your heroes. Knowing how to do this fast helps a lot. Over time this skill should rub off onto you.
- I also like to send links to approved YouTube videos. These vids are what helped me learn Dota 2 and they should help you too.
- YouTube is not my only source of information. I might also send you other links as well.
- I mostly play Dota 2 in groups with mics. If you listen I am sure my teams leadership will rub off onto you and you will learn how to strategize.
I can teach you how to use about any hero in the game, and I am willing to teach you everything I know about Dota 2. Just add me on friends list. My account name is "Az" and I know there are a lot of Az's so imma go ahead and tell you my real name on steam (which is not my real name). Where my real name is supposed to be on my steam page it says "Delta Clade."
DOTAFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new hero, or fine tune your favorite DotA hero’s build and strategy.
