I think Armlet of Mordiggian is not a real core for him, you should put that on Situational. And Hood of Defiance? I don't think so. Better Black King Bar. And I'd like to ask something. Since Snowball deals damage, will Black King Bar + Blade Mail will counter him?? You, know, damage negated thanks to BKB and bounced thanks to BM. XD

Vanguard is a pretty poor item nowadays ppl just don't get it anymore or so just a few niche ppl (say axe) drum is here to cope for tusk low mana pool also a team aura that is needed in most situations while giving him tankyness if you want regen early just go perseverance and build a battlefury since you can cleave his ult somewhat making sweet aoe damage to bunched up ppl.. Also I don't really see why ppl ignore orchid you can make ppl with blink such as AM QoP Slark rather ez target for your combo you basically just need to be close orchid and combo them enhancing your combo with that extra 35% extra damage which includes the walrus punch damage .. its a fairly cheap item that give atk speed 30 good damage and solve you mana problem indefinetly too and allow to push and farm with ice shards/snowball in a good mid situation you can get that around 18-20 min if your aggressive enough and pretty much wreck everyone you snowball instantly

Is it a good idea to replace drum with vanguard???

from recent games, loda has been playing tusk as a carry; include some carry build for tusk will be great~ +1

Good tusk guide tho, but getting a armlet on him, hmmmm won't it make him more prone to death ? Since he is not one of the tankiest strength hero, would it be better to get a Heart of Tarrasque before getting the armlet ?

Had been looking at ur guides to a few chars all is well done with different builds options, tusk is one of my fav chars to use other then slark , i must say tusk can be use in any situation and match , the bottle is impt for tusk get straight after boots and roam around to help ganking successful ^^ +1
