Australian player looking for an existing team/players

Hi y'all, I've played DOTA 2 for about 8 months now. Was an avid fan of the original, but really only ever got into MOBAs about 2 years ago when the SC2 dota mod came out, played an utterly utterly broken MOBA for ages and am very much enjoying the balance of Dota 2.

I'm sick and tired of trying to explain roles and how things should happen ingame to people, so I'd like to enter a more organized environment. I'm not a flamer, I'm capable with all heroes, and excellent with a handful. Still really suck with a couple of the hugely micro intensive ones like Chen and Meepo.

But I'm here to learn. And teach where I can.

Good game sense/knowledge, and have mic and stuff. I can play happily on nearly any server. Good net/good comp.

Around 55% win rate from 99% of games solo queued. (Around 700 games) Will happily support a good carry, or happily carry for good supports :D
