How do you block someone so you can never ever play with him again. I hate being teamed-up with ****** people like a Drow Ranger who doesn't level Silence even though she is laned against a Necrolyte and Witch Doctor or a Warlock who doesn't have a single level of Fatal Bonds even though he is already level 7. How? Just how?

Umm, I believe reporting and muting them is all you can do.

The game will always have bad players... you can't do anything about it sadly.

I guess you could use different servers such as US east is not to bad for ping for most Europe west players.

but besides that i don't think there's much you can do besides always play with 5 of your freinds
