New player with Ambitions

Greetings DOTAFire Community :)

I'm a really new player in Dota2. I've played dota and LoL, but not very effectivly. So, i know the most common things like Ganking, Jungle, Deny, Last-Hitting, etc. and the best, I know how to use them.
But the know how, on how to play the whole game right after the beginning of the mid game is a miracle for me.
I hope, someone here is willing to help me :)

German Player - 28 Years old
Role: Mostly i'm willing to learn the Supporter Role
Time (GMT+1): Monday to Wednsday 19-2230 / Friday to Saturday 17-open End
