This is like one of those conspiracy videos that argue the 9/11 attacks didn't happen as reported or that certain dead celebrities are living somewhere in secret. It presents a lot of interesting theories and the theories appear to have valid points, but in essence they are really nothing but theories, and no substantial proof of anything is provided.
And for sure this is some third party, probably someone who doesn't so much as talk to the real IceFrog. Do you think anyone who had any serious connection would openly admit that such a prominent figurehead of DoTA cheated in an international tournament, or worse: that Na'Vi, currently one of the best teams in the world, has capitalized on his cheats in the past?

I suppose it's all possible, if not plausible, but I just see it as yet another guy who has internet and can edit videos trying to explain yet another unsolved mystery.
