eXXtreme3D recruiting HS players

Yo guys DotA players..lemme get to the point..
I'm the Cpt of eX3D team and Carry player in game...After 2 long months We made decent squad but we missing something..We are 3 and waiting for last player to join us and make Official Team and play in some tournaments as DreamHack this week..We need Main Support and Jungler and one of them who is able to "LEAD IN EARLY MINUTES" what i mean by that is to have decent communication and TO HAVE ALREADY EXP IN TEAMS AS SUPPORT
We already have pretty sucssesful multigaming team http://www.exxtreme3d.net/..
The Tryouts will be Today at 18:30 CEST
Requirments:
To have +17years (cause i found all players under that age unstable in every section)
To have Microphone,TeamSpeak3 and to know to speak english and ofc we'll play mostly on EU Servers
To be from EUROPE (GMT+1,GMT+2,GMT+3)
To Be High Skilled (really HS) and to have time to play ALMOST every day a week 4+ hours
To have patient to watch Games (replays,competetive games)
Pls take this very serious about team! I don't want "only 4fun team" We want something more..!
So guys as i don't know what more to say..i think thats it..I'm trying to make team that will be prepared for tournaments in future to practice as much as possible...

I don't think I'm good enough but I will try, I can play a decent Enigma, Rubick and QoP, oh yeah Lich too, so I like playing supports mostly
