how do you apply for Editor, and what is their job?

Editors are responsible for keeping the game data up to date in the database. Heroes, items etc. The database is a central part of DOTAFire that feeds many other areas, such as the guides, forum and comments. Its accuracy is very important to all members and visitors.

So if i would like to eventually become an editor, what do i do? stay active? i try to be as much as i can.

We'll likely do rounds of promotions every now and then, so just be active on the site and let us know you're interested and it'll happen :)

Are there going to be any moderator promotions soon?

We don't want to rush in to higher tier promotions. Moderators will not likely come until we really feel it's necessary, and that depends on how fast DOTAFire grows.
