Just a suggestion but i believe you should add heart for druid extensions as your job as druid late game is to stay alive and a heart combined with a assault cuirass makes you have about 30+ armor and a godly 3000+ hp in true form

In resent TI3 matches I've seen armlets on bears all the time, and getting ulti on 6,11,16 . And they put every item on bear and leave druid with tranquils only. I think that as a druid your job is to be in 1100 range of your bear, so he can attack , and just stay alive. bear should do all the work.

bear can use midas . but cooldown remains ( you cant use it with druid and then pass to bear and use it again)

I've thought phase boots would be a bad strategy, since at max synergy your bear runs faster than you even with treads and it's always best to have your bear be able to attack if your gonna gank. Heck, I don't even get him boots of speed. Also, have you ever thought about mekansm? It gives you more armor and a heal to keep you and your bear alive, even though it's a mainly a support item. Another item I might add is a vanguard for both you and you bear. Also, even though radiance is amazing on spirit bear, I prefer to go for a heavy tank approach with vlads then vanguard. Once I have my meka, vanguard, and power treads on Sylla, I'll usually dedicate the rest of my gold to spirit bear. Solid guide. +1

I haven't used Lone Druid very much, but from what I've played, I'd think you'd want to have the Vlads on the Bear, wouldn't you? The aura should affect you so long as you keep close to it, and the only thing you are losing is the 2 HP/sec, which could easily help your bear more, considering you should be getting a bit more HP regen from other items on your list later in the game.

Either way, the guide seems to hit on most of the helpful items available. This guide helped me a bit.

Great guide, I usually work on the same build. I'll suggest Power Treads on bear 'cause of incrised AS.
Remember to fix the skill order!
Just because you gave some tips on how to use Lone in various situations, I'll add 2 more:
    as soon as you take
Radiance on your bear you can also push on 2 lanes (you just need to get the bear near enemy creeps to let them suffer the Radiance's passive. Remember to quick teleport the bear near you when the enemy heroes arrive or when you reach a tower you want to destroy;
when you want to escape and got some enemies chasing you, remember to let the bear attack them: with a bit of luck the Entangling Claws will prock and you will be safe!

Now, besides Mouse 4 and Space I use the numvers 1-4 for my items, so my question is - if you really put those groups on the numbers 1-3, what do you use your items with and what would you say is a good alternative for me to put these group-bindings aside from the numbers? I hope you'll be able to help me so I can maybe someday play Syllabear quite effective ;)
Regards, Mr.Goodcat

Some other options (my options :D ) are:
3 Items - Mouse 4 & 5, the third on G (i rarely have more than 3 activatable items. G is nice n close to the skills so i mostly put wand or shadow blade in there)
Hero - Spacebutton
bear - Select all other Units - D, so you dont even have to bind him
Both - Ctrlgroup 1
courier - C
