Looking for players

Let's start with INTRODUCTION:

I'm 17 year old EU Dota 2 player, and i with two my good buddys NovaTheMovie and Potatisfarfar(guess some of you know him) are looking for Dota 2 players with average skill level.
Why are we looking for players? Well we finnally got Dota 2 beta keys and our goal is to start playing Dota 2 competetive as soon as possible. We learned a lot in HoN(all were around 1700+) and now fast getting used to Dota 2. And we are looking players with similar skill level and goal.

ABOUT US:

1.JeepLV - I'm teams support play all types of supports mostly ward w**res(more defensive player)
Favortie heroes: Crystal Maiden and Lich.

2.NovaTheMovie - Team Inteligence ganker/semicarry usually goes mid (very aggresive player).
Favorite heroes: Storm Spirit and Queen of Pain.

3.PotatisFarfar- Team hard carry (Firstly he was intended to be Initiator,but then he decide that hard carry suits him better, so yeah he's still practicing and testing wich carrys suits him better)

What are we LOOKING for:

Were looking for 2 players, who are active( means plays Dota 2 every day or almost every day),preferebel times around 4pm-22pm GTM+2 in workdays and in weekends anytime is good. We're not looking for someone who wants just casual games for fun, were looking for players who actually wants to be as good as they can get.Who wants to learn work in team,improve them self and etc.Not just fool around.

What are the REQUIRMENTS:

1.Need to be EU player(Well if you can play at times at wich we play and you don't lag in EU severs then it's ok if your not EU)
2.Need to know English.
3.Need to have Mic.
4.Need to fit our setup.(Basically were looking for Initiator and player who isn't hard carry or hard support)
5.Need to have Dota 2.
