VP Ladies team, positive or negative?

Totally agree. I have said this many times before, "I just want to be a gamer, not a girl gamer." This is also the reason why I think all girl teams are stupid, and there shouldn't be a point to making one except to get attention / money which is what I'm sure is what's happening. I just think that people should be on teams according to skill and not gender. I don't feel like girls are being discriminated against in eSports, if anything managers like girl gamers it's just a matter of finding ones that are good enough for the competitive level. Therefore there's no reason to try to "prove yourselves" by making an all girl team and I agree it is shooting yourself in the foot, especially when you advertise yourself like they are.

So far as suggestions for your video, I would suggest planning out what you're going to say better. I know it's a rant but it's pretty long for not saying very much. Think of humorous analogies and if you're ranting sound a little more angry imo. You don't sound very emotionally involved. A rant can be long if it is entertaining.
