Good luck to everyone, the time of the matches are kinda bad for Europe :/. We have to stay up all night to play.

Damn, yeah, assuming ~7 hours difference between the US (I think it's 6-8, so I took the middle) and the UK, the finals will be a best of 3 that STARTS at 3:30 AM. For GMT+1 EU teams, that's 4:30.

Is there any way you can move the tournament back a few hours (starting at 12:00 or something) and/or moving some of the matches to Sunday?

Yeah the time is simply annoying for EU guys unfortunately and from a personal point of view it'd be unreasonable to expect my team to stay up so late to play. We would hardly be worthy competitors in a sleepy state of mind. A shame but I guess what can you do. Problem with timezones is that US only ever suits US guys while EU, although still not great would allow US guys to still play at a comfortable time. Well good luck to all the US guys competing because I can't imagine many EU guys staying up for this one.

US only tournament really. Probably not intended, but let's be honest it was always going to happen if you use those timezones.

Those of you that cannot take part due to time zone, take heart, if everything goes well we will likely run a separate event that is better timed for EU players :)

This would be good, but I really don't see why you don't move it three hours back or something... You also said in the initial post that "The tournament starts on September 15th and will run through to the end of the weekend." - it comes as a surprise that you try and fill it one one day when both days could be used, and were implied to be used...

It really wouldn't inconvenience US players in the slightest to do either of these things...

Heya, sorry about that. Xenasis is right, this tournament will run through the end of the weekend. With that in mind, we aren't trying to fill one whole day full of matches. It was only a confusion on our tournament host's end. We'll be using Sunday for Semi's and Finals. Would a schedule like that be fine for you guys?
