Maybe have the couriers themselves say something so you don't need the voice actors for previous heroes? Also fewer lines would be needed, just a couple for each courier.

Awesome idea, (Suggestion) when they die they can say/scream something too. Like after annoucer says "Radiant Courier has been killed" you hear him "I'm in hell where I belong" (Speedy Demon) that's a really bad one just had to came up with something. ;)
