You are going to need a lot of mana if you want to use all your spells then rearm. It is also worth thinking about whether you're going to lvl it up or not.

Yeah. I was thinking not even using my normal spells, just Dagon, rearm, Dagon, etc. because that's already about 800 damage. And that's a lot for early levels (7-10)

GL on dat bro. It would be 600 damage with magic resist though. The only problem I see with that is getting the enemy to stand still for 3 seconds while you rearm xD. Yep just stand there for a sec. yep and I'l give you a surprise.

As said before, it's a situational item. You don't need it, but if you feel like or just want a little extra help then you might want to use dagon.

it's not good to get rearm before you max missile and laser. at early levels with just dagon boots and bottle, just keep walking around the map making good use of your bottle and the runes.

rearm works well with BoT because after you do a combo, you just rearm and teleport to the well to refill your mana and rearm so you can immediately teleport back. just laser, missile and dagon then tp out. rearm and refill at well then come back ready to fight again.

and let rearm stay at level one, for higher level rearms cost a lot of mana. make sure you're safe before rearming to tp back to base.
rearming during ganks/teamfights to throw another combo only if you have enough mana.

this is roaming/ganker tinker though. getting gold from killing heroes and destroyed towers.

Plus it's better to keep rearm at level 1 in case you don't have the mana required in order to pull off multiple combos.
