As always, feedback and critique are most welcome and will be returned as promptly as possible.
If any of the judges want to talk about balance, I encourage any discussion prior to the voting. Too many a time have the judges I discuss with mention balance a lot, so if the judges hold onto balance more important than is let on, I would at the very least want to discuss on it for all sides to be heard. Thanks again.
This is obviously still a work in progress. While I continue to work on Hero Introduction, Lore, Recommended Items, Strategy, etc. I hope for some feedback on the practically complete skills.
Thanks, that's a good point. Will remove the concept and we'll work on adding a report function for concepts! :)
Also, about your concept, its basic abilities look great, just make sure to not leave the flavor next unattended! :P
I've looked over the ultimate multiple times and I'm visualizing it like a structure that spawns where Alhazred casts it, and he's able to move without taking the structure with him, is that how it works? Sounds interesting but tricky to get my mind around it.
Other than that, I'm excited to see the final version with the lore and everything. :D
@FangzofFuzzy
As mentioned in the main post, it's a plus to have a balanced hero but it's not a deciding factor. By looking at your abilities, they look really fun to use, especially the ultimate which is a really cool concept. I like the idea of sitting in another hero's shadow! What comes to mind at first glance is that the third ability, Dread, seems quite strong to have a 50% slow at level 1 for 5 seconds. Imagine the first blood possibilities, he would be really strong at that. Other than that, maybe increasing the cooldown or the mana cost would help, because the slow is 5 seconds and the cooldown is 10, that is a very reliable and strong spell that will make Hest a real pain to get away from. That's just what came to mind from looking over your abilities, but other than that everything looks really cool!

Erebus is a cool name, was it inspired by the mythological Greek deity of darkness? :D
As for the hero, make sure to create a hero lore for your concept, it's a very important aspect to better understand your hero and how it fits into the DotA world! The hero description is awesome, but it cannot substitute the lore.
Shadow Masquerade sounds pretty insane, but have you thought about the players who have "hero names displayed" activated in the settings? Even if the enemies will look like Drow Ranger for instance, that option will still reveal who is who, if it makes sense. The concept is really cool by itself, just make sure it fits well and doesn't contradict with DotA's settings and such!
Bloodletting is neat since its cooldown is pretty low at max level. I can see the dispel effect being really useful in many situations and the fear is reasonably strong. It's cool that even though you might not fear the target that long you can still use it to cancel channeling abilities and teleportation, that if Erebus' int is higher than the target.
Blackout has the same issue I've mentioned previously since it relies on Shadow Masquerade. The vision reduction is cool, but make sure to find a way to not get countered by DotA's settings!
Overall, it's a cool and straightforward concept, just make sure to not miss the lore and maybe try to do some interesting combinations with the abilities. I like how Gluttony works and that you can reach 100% and even 200% life steal at maximum stacks, but I would try to find a more interesting twist to the ability to make it more fun. For instance, maybe find a negative buff or effect that happens based on stacks or life stolen. What comes to mind would be for each 300 health that the enemies have stolen from the target while affected by the stacks (only life steal from the stacks, not life steal items), the target gets feared for 0.5 or something like this.
That's just something that popped up, let me know if you have any other questions or if I can help! :D

I've tried to lay it out in a way that is easy to understand, but I want to know if it makes sense. I also don't know if the W and E skills are balanced at all, because they may very easily make this hero broken
