LORE
Enders has a single purpose. He has never had parents. He was born from the Darkness. He always knew how to care care of himself, he always knew how to survive, even when he was very little. When he was a bit older, he understood it was the Darkness what has been protecting him. And he knew the Darkness was the reason he had these magic inside him, magic he could proggresively learn to control and master. He was born with it inside. Enders assembled his own wand from pieces of the most ancient trees of the forest, and since then, his sorcery is more powerful than ever.
The Sinister Sorcerer now comes to the battlefield, determined to fulfill the sole purpose of his existence, the only reason he was born. And he will bring Darkness to everyone who stands in his way.
SKILLS
Q. SINISTER PROTECTION:Enders conjures a shield of Darkness around himself for 3/3/4/4 seconds. If he is affected by any enemy ability or item, the shield blocks the damage and effect it would cause and converts it to dark magic. When that happens, the shield starts dealing AOE damage every half-second during an interval of 4 seconds for a total of 100/180/260/340 damage, grants him status resistance of 25/40/55/70% for 4 seconds, and reduces Curse of Desolation's (E) cooldown by 4 seconds. The bonus status resistance is reduced by 40% for each status debuff mitigated in the duration. Only one spell or item effect can be blocked.
W. DARK ART:The Sinister Sorcerer grants power to himself with his wand, gaining attack speed for 5 attacks. Each attack slows the target enemy hero for 0.8 seconds. Lasts for 10 seconds.
E. CURSE OF DESOLATION:Sinister Sorcerer curses the target area, slowing enemies while they remain on its radius. All of his basic attacks on the targets that are on the area are increased. If an enemy hero remains on the area after 2.5 seconds, the bonus damage inflicted by this ability to that hero is increased. All the damage of this ability is reduced by 50% against creeps. Lasts for 10 seconds. Multiple instances do not stack.
R. DARKNESS INCANTATION:Enders casts a spell on an AOE that damages and stuns enemies hit for 2 seconds. If it impacts on an enemy hero, the sorcerer gains increased movement speed for 3 seconds.
lvl 10: +3 Dark Art basic attacks OR +185 Health
lvl 15: +70 Curse damage OR Shield gives +30% magic resistance after blocking for 4 seconds
lvl 20: +80 Dark Art attack speed OR +50 movement speed
lvl 25: Shield heals 400 health after blocking OR +400 Incantation damage
PLAYSTYLE
Sinister Sorcerer lanes best in mid, where he is played as a basic attack-oriented Intelligence hero. His first spell is a powerful defensive and offensive tool he can use when going for a kill. He can farm easily using Curse of Desolation's damage increase, and he can also harass the enemy mid hero with it. However, when he is alone he requieres the help of his ultimate to keep an opponent inside the Curse of Desolation's area, by stunning them; by the time the stun wears off, Curse of Desolation will have increased damage to that hero, and then Sinister Sorcerer can use Dark Art to buff his attack speed so he can deal the highest damage possible. In the lane, if he happens to get ganked and Sinister Incantation is not on cooldown, he can use it to stun his enemies and flee with the movement speed bonus it provides.
Well, this is my first try in creating a hero, so I appreciate any feedback I may receive.
I think I understand the Q, but the wording is a little off, and confused me.
It says incoming spells are converted into dark magic that damages enemies. However it seems to function as a cloud of dark energy that neutralizes any magic that comes its way.
If I'm understanding correctly, the damage begins as soon as the ability is cast, and lasts for the entire duration. If any incoming spells are cast on him, they fail, instead lessening the damage output of the spell by 25%.
Whatever the intended series of events is, it needs to be made clearer and the spell description needs to remain consistent with it.
Overall, the hero is pretty good. The W and E are, in my opinion, a little bland, but the Q makes up for it. Nice job and good luck!

Actually the Q starts dealing damage when a spell is blocked, and it doesn't deal any damage if no spell is blocked. I will correct the wording so it's easily understood. English is not my native language, so it's a bit harder.
