ruins my smurfing games making me fail to create a new smurf with very good score.
Uh why are you smurfing in the first place? If you're losing your games, it means you're playing at the level you're supposed to. And if that level is the same as to your main maybe you should have stayed at your main and improve there then :)
As to split push, there are several ways to deal with it, the two main ones being:
1) Push even harder than the pesky splitpusher, getting pick-offs as five and then pushing the advantage on the buildings (with an Aegis for instance), making sure it costs more to them than to you (learn when to trade off a barracks, for instance, is worth, if you team fight correctly and kill the enemy heroes/get buybacks out of them that will condition their game and make you ultimately win);
2) Gank the pushing hero, through a series of means, including good map awareness and prediction to know where he will be next, means to get closer to him without being spotted (including Smoke of Deceit, Blink Dagger and Shadow Blade, to guarantee your initiation). Ofc this only works if you have enough control - if you are trying to get a split pushing Anti-Mage with, let's say, a Necrophos and a Timbersaw yeaaaa, it's not going to work ahah
Same if that splipusher gets items to escape or to block that initiation ( Linken's Sphere, Shadow Blade), in which case you need to counter that.
Lack of enough control is a typical problem in pubs as well, one that favours split pushers. To solve this you either worrry in the drafting stage to make sure you get a hero with good disables, or you itemize in that regard (stuff like Abyssal Blade and Scythe of Vyse)) or you try to pressure so much as to win the game early and not let the split pushing non-controlled hero take off because your entire team is snowballing and pressuring high ground early.

team keeps feeding the same skill bracket and now both of us have the same farm total gold average. *every game that is a smurf has 1-2 smurfers and 3 noobs*
But if you're that good at the game and get a good enough carry that can 1v5 like spectre you should win every game because you're that good.It would be impossible to lose as if your team are ******s then the enemy are ******s too so its one good smurf against 9 bad players.
The pros make smurfs all the time and grind it to their desired mmr in a few weeks, because theyre that good. Personally i think you're overestimating how good you are. Mmr is incredibly acccurate.
using items to your advantage, always ward properly and try to get kills using Smoke of Deceit and don't forget about Boots of Travel; you can always push a lane with your team and teleport back to defend if needed
keep all the lanes push so the enemy split pushing won't be as effective; if your lanes are pushed, you can pick a lane and push it even further while the enemy split pusher cannot do much against push lanes
And many more, be creative and don't give up! :)
