Mazzil was always a crazy one, even before he left the dwarves. While his clan members pretended to like him, at that point he still understood others disliked his presence. So, he packed up and left his home dwarves for good (an unheard-of event). However, now among humans and other strange creatures, he fit in even less.
He soon decided to go into a powerful necromancer's lair, perhaps to help the locals, perhaps avenge a dwarf who fell there long ago, perhaps to commit suicide. He mowed through the unprepared skeletons and caught the necromancer in the middle of a complex ritual.
After slaying the Necromancer, the ritual was unable to complete. In the process of binding his soul to a phylactery, the Necromancer instead felt his soul inside the hammer that Mazzil received from his brethren's corpse.
The dwarf decided an unarmed style of combat suited him better than the hammer and he tossed it away. The necromancer, happy to control the hammer fully now, soon found it brought back to the dwarf.
And so, the two fight together, unable to part and strangely forming a mutual alliance.

Mazzil grabs the enemies weapon, stopping both from acting.
Stuns target unit for as long as Mazzil channels (as Shackles does). If the enemy is stronger than Mazzil, the max channeling is shorter by 0.1 seconds per strength.
Max Channeling: 3/4/5/6

W - Into My Own Hands
Channeled, Targets point, Damage doesn't pierce spell immunity
40% maximum mana cost, 40 cooldown, 400/600/800/1000 cast range.
Mazzil hurls his hammer, dealing damage and allowing the necromancer to act through it after it reaches its location. After the duration ends, the hammer is teleported back into Mazzil's hands.
Mazzil now deals damage equal to his base damage (38 - 47) plus his strength. The hammer deals his base damage plus any bonus damage he receives from items (eg. Mithril Hammer, Rapier, etc.). The hammer also applies unique attack modifiers, while Mazzil does not.
The Hammer is invulnerable, attacks enemies (heroes prioritized) that are both in a 350 radius of the hammer and a 350/450/550/650 radius of its original location. It will not change targets unless its current target is invalid. The hammer has 350 movespeed and attacks every 1.5/1.35/1.2/1.05 seconds.
Instant Cast, Affects Self, Able to be casted at any time unless silenced
100/75/50/25 mana, 50/40/30/20 cooldown
Mazzil draws upon the necromancer's power, hard dispelling himself but using his own health to accomplish this.
Base Maximum Health Cost: 10%
Additional Health Cost: 5/4/3/2% per effect dispelled
Dwarves are a tough lot, capable of pushing through even the strongest attempts to hold them down
R - Cursed Strength
Passive
The Necromancer has become so attuned to the hammer that any damage it deals is converted directly into strength for Mazzil. (Consider the hammer's damage like Into My Own Hands does, and counts the pass damage from casting it.)
Strength per Attack: 3/3.5/4
Strength Duration: 6/12/18
Your pain, my pleasure
Aghinam's Scepter
Upgrades - Indomitable, decreasing cooldown to 0 and changing damage values to be based on current health.
Talents
10: +200 mana/+200 health
15: Removes Indomitable's Base HP cost/re-casting Into My Own Hands teleports the hammer back to Mazzil
20: +70 damage/+4 hp per strength
25: +2 Cursed Strength/Arm Wrestle pierces Spell Immunity
Changelog
2/27/17: wrote it all
2/28/17: Realized I had made a mistake on the ultimate. The bonus strength now has a duration - previously, nothing was written about it wearing off.
6/1/17: Realized mana was wrong and fixed it (1230 to 1030 mana), worded Arm Wrestle better.
9/12/17: Put the changelog in a spoiler, made the ultimate give strength on each attack rather than per damage dealt, along with balancing the ultimate to be intended for use in only 1 fight, rather than lasting minutes at a time. Changed the experience talent to Removes Indomitable's Base HP cost and the lifesteal talent to +4 hp/strength.
