An upgrade for Tranquil Boots, giving more support utility to the wearer.

Requirements:


    Tranquil Boots
    Observer Ward
    Recipe


Bonus:


+12 Hp Regeneration
+3 Armor
+85 Move Speed


Active:


Increases Move Speed by 120 and gives a buff that increases vision to 1200 and gives flying vision.
Duration: 5 Sec
CD: 30 Sec
Cost: 50 Mana


Passive: Minor Break


Whenever you attack or are attacked, the Bonus is halved instead of removed for 13 Seconds.

That would be a bit strong, don't you think? Maybe if the cooldown was longer or the active without the extra moves peed or something... The flying vision is a cool idea though!

Hey corin!

Would it increase movement speed by 120 as well as the passive 85? Or would it just bump the bonus up to 120?

Also, about how much would the recipe cost?

Final thing - it's kinda unorthodox to use a consumable in a build path... but maybe that's what you intended?

yeah I want to see more dynamic use of consumable items, using them for upgrades and recipes etc.
Not 100% sure of what to set the move speed at, to test it out I'd start with the increase adding to the passive. See if it is too overpowered and what not.
I think it would just end up ignoring the 85ms and going for 120ms for the duration, with the break passive still able to affect the ms buff.
The Recipe cost I would make fairly affordable since it is intended for supporters, maybe 500-1000g.
Testing would help narrow this down again.

I would make the boots require another observer ward or 2, but cost less on the recipe (300-400). That way this is almost a tactical decision.

I think making it so the active increases the bonus movespeed up to 150 would be interesting, as it is only 75 after minor break, but allows for super scouting while on.

Overall a great idea!
