We are players from SEA currently trying to form a stack of five to learn and enhance our competitive DOTA skills as well as improving our individuals skills. We are looking for such players with the characteristics below:

-Decent skill levels (3.7k-4.7k) range, understanding of the pro scene and basic mechanics required.)*IMPORTANT
-Willing to commit to the stack (in a serious manner)
-Willing to commit for a long unprecedented period of time. (More than two years)*IMPORTANT
-Open to suggestions and criticisms*IMPORTANT
-Flexible in game and in person
-Decent communication skills (English)*IMPORTANT
-Good attitude and mindset towards the game
-Available at night. GMT+8 (9:00 p.m. to 3 a.m.)*IMPORTANT
-NOT people who want to join just to show their skills/prove themselves.*IMPORTANT
-NOT people who think they can join and leave anytime they want.*IMPORTANT
-NOT people who do not think they can go far in dota.*IMPORTANT
-NOT people who are not able to throw away trivial things, (such as social life, girlfriend/boyfriend, long sleeping hours) *IMPORTANT
-We expect our players to play an average of 7 hours a day including self trainnig, pubs and our 5 stack playing together.

2. if you were serious about recruiting, why do it this late? ( 2.5 months, not 2.5 days, my goodness)
3. He did mention living in canada, and your team is SEA based, i don't think i need to say more
4. Do take note he is a 14 year old, i don't mean to say anything bad about him, but there might be laws requiring underage kids to complete a certain amount of education depending on where you're from, which would be a big factor in playing pro
