[EU] Looking for a team - main 4 but other pos good as well

I haven't enjoyed solo queue since I hit ~3k MMR pretty long ago. After leaving my first and previous team of 4.5-5.0k where I played role 4 I had a couple of months of break from Dota. Now I feel like trying to join another team.
I like all kinds of support playstyles with signature heroes being dazzle, disruptor, ww, jakiro, wd, rubick, lion, aa and omnik. Notably, my mechanical skills are ahead of my game-reading skills.
Following the latter fact, it's important that our playstyle- and strategies are clear. We will play captain's mode instead of ****ing around in all pick with or without a 5 man stack.
In other words, I want to play with a team/captain with clear-cut plans and strategies -or- a discussion about the draft/plan prior to playing matches, especially when we are starting out.
P.s. Note that I have played other positions nearly as much as supporting, so I'm willing to try out to teams as the other positions as well.
P.p.s +3 GMT 1pm is when I tend to get home and I'm available to play all day long.
