Now that fury swipes is no longer an orb and skadi stacks with lifesteal anyway why not helm of the dominator? Its cheaper, provides armour and allows you to upgrade to satanic in late game which makes you tank?

Yeah, I have started to run Helm of the Dominator a bit as Ursa. It's a good item. However, I'm not too big of a fan of the Satanic on Ursa, and I like the regeneration from Vlads. I don't know, it doesn't seem like too much of a difference. Will add it as an item nonetheless :)

Great guide, well written. Very close to my build but now that you explained brown boots over shield/quelling blade (to start) I LIKE IT!

Yeah, I was thinking that, but does it really matter? Even with the star, people know what I'm saying.

And I don't want to keep it PG-13! It's Dota, it's Steam. I'm trying to write a sophisticated guide with a bit of an ironic title, I'm not trying to teach 13 year olds how to play. You literally have to say that you're above the age of 13 when you sign up to Steam!

I'm not trying to say that 13 year olds shouldnt be playing Dota, and if my guide can help them, so be it, but I don't think they should have priority on Dotafire.

It's not an offensive title unless you're immature enough to be triggered by a common swear :)

This is the best Ursa guide that I have ever seen. The title is funny and I agree with everything. Good job.

Hey, this guide is actually pretty good! I had my concerns when I saw the title, I'll be honest, but it did get me to read it, so I'll give you that one XD.

I approve of the maths done for justifying boots first full-rambo against the enemy, and the additional advice on how to flank the enemy is useful as well.

One minor thing, more of an FYI: the slow from actually fully stacks with lifesteal orb effects, despite both being unique attack modifiers. I actually approve of the item choice, I just thought I'd bring up that would still technically work with it as well.

To my knowledge, Vladimir applies lifesteal as an aura, so it isnt a Unique Attack Modifier. Morbid is, and so doesn't stack with Skadi.

I really like the table you put in with the fury swipe damage. Personaly I really like a sange&yasha on ursa, especially in games were movementspeed can be really usefull.
Maybe you should also at a skillbuild?

I like MoM much more.
Helps for:
-Running down pesky mortals ;)
-Roshing
-Farming, and this is especially im portant since Ursa has no way of flashfarming cuz he cant afford the mana for Overpower over and over.
-The damage increase is reduced to 50% while enraged.

Also I like SoV a lot if ure snowballing.

Yeah, Mask of Madness seems to be pretty popular with the new meta. Theoretically it's great, but I haven't actually seen it dominate a game! I'll try it in a few games, see what I can do with it.

Scythe of Vyse is a pretty big item for Ursa, and totally synergises with his skills. It's just a bit... pricey? Every other item for Ursa provide him with other useful things, but Scythe is really just a 5650 stun - Ursa doesn't benefit from the intelligence. It's one of those dream items that I never seem to find the gold for, you know? Again, I'll try to specifically test it.
