When i start my dota,instead of that dude that turns around i only get this.What shell i do,and am i the only one with this problem?

I have no idea,i didn't play it for 2 days i think(since my net connection broke in middle of match,and i guess i was reported for leaving) so i was in low prior. pool,so i simply didn't play it. Now,when i started it,this problem occurs.

Sorry for DP,issue is fixed,i have just added -novid to my launch options,and it runns like a clock now
