So this VAC warning about I'm using a cheat or etc always show up when I do somthing that requires internet connection, like surfing or playing other online games, so that everytime I need to close steam and re run it again to find match

For example, I just played i game in Dota and decide to open my FB account or playing CS:GO.
And then when i want to find match in Dota that VAC warning shows up...

*This happens when I move my steam folder from System (C:) to Games (D:)
