I am starting a new team from the ground up. Looking for people to fill positions 1-4 as I will be leading and playing hard 5. Looking for levelheaded players that listen and are willing to take as well as give criticism. I am 5.1k mmr, but I know the system isnt perfect so if you are at least around 4k or above leave your steam as well as a brief summary of yourself as a player.

My friends and i (group of 3) are looking for people to play with. Usually we play normal matchmaking, sometimes ranked and sometime we join the daily faceit league. Our mmr range is 4.5 - 5.1k.
