A new journey !

Hello DotaFire Community !!

I have recently started my 3k mmr journey and intend to reach 4k very soon.

But the recent patch update and the inevitable change in meta forces me to seek some guidance and advice.

I wish to know a small hero pool, maybe 10, which I should master in order to raise my mmr in the 3k-4k range. I mostly shine as a Semi-Carry

You can try Invoker. If you aren't good with him than you can go to this website http://www.invokergame.com/ . This site allows you to get used to invoking spells. Also you can go in a lobby and try to do your combo's a s good as possible.

Another hero where you can easily raise mmr is Necrophos. His ultimate allows you to have such a big game impact that you will win most of your games.

Troll Warlord is a good safelane carry who can fight push and farm well so he is mostly a good pick in pubs.

Templar Assassin also works really good.

If you have to support you can probably best pick Omniknight, Abaddon, Lich, Witch Doctor or Crystal Maiden this supports are all really strong to raise your solo mmr.

Another great hero now is Legion Commander because she can go mid, oflane, carry or jungle. And now her jungle is actually really good.

If you are a good farmer you can play Terrorblade, Spectre or Medusa maybe Anti-Mage. These are good hard carries but I'm not sure if playing a hard carry is that amazing except for Terrorblade because he has a strong laningstage and can handle dual lanes.
