I would like to know website that allows me to browse abilities using filters like stuns, aoe, movement and such.

Secondly before Ill mange to find mentioned website maybe some of you know abilities similar to Pugna's Decrepify (it makes enemy take up to 60% more MAGICAL damage) but instead of magic I would like that ability to increase physical or melee damage. I know Vengeful Spirit can decrease armor and give and aura but what else is there?
