Skilled EU Player LF Competitive Team

wish to play any kind of tournaments with good perspective team.
some info about me:
playing dota about 10 years (age 26)
can take any role and almost all heroes (prefer support/offlane or some ganker/roamer)
have experience in tournaments. was playing in a team about 5 years ago (carry/captain/drafter)

and ofc my mmr is 3.7k
but please don't yell me that it is too low!
1. i got my mmr 4 years ago when mmr system was ****tier than today.
2. some guys rejected me for their team because of mmr. and i decided what the hell i will make new acc with very high win rate and get more than 6k mmr (with normal team i win almost all games) but now i have 7 or 8 ****ty accounts. every time in team there is feeder/leaver/afker/abuser/total noob/support that wants to be carry/3 guys mid and 1 wood, i swear i saw it!/when i play carry there is no sup, when i play sup there are 4 carrys, in one word its awful. u must have professional killer nerves to handle it.
so in one word, want a serious, experienced, high skilled player? try me!
