Quoted:

I don't think you need BF AND Vlads. There is probably a better vlads carrier than you on your team. That's a lot of push items on a sqishy hero. Also, go Manta instead SnY. I sound like rainman but it really isn't a good item.

Should mention BKB as well.

Pretty much this.

Also your starting items cost 611 gold. Quelling Blade & 1 Tango should be dropped for a Stout Shield and Iron Branch which should be upgraded to Poor Man's Shield and Magic Wand respectively otherwise they're wasted gold.
Boots of Speed should be bought before Ring of Health.
Phase Boots are a much better choice than Power Treads on Bounty Hunter for obvious reasons & should be bought either before you build Perseverance or at the latest before you complete Battle Fury.
Sange and Yasha is a waste of gold. You would be better off with either a Black King Bar if you need the HP & magic immunity or a Monkey King Bar for the extra damage & true-strike or a Butterfly for the extra damage plus dodge.

I'm not even going to start on your skill build (I guess it's ok up until level 3).

Yea, this is the same build i am using only that as littletingod said, poor man shield is way better at first, and i put 1st level in jinada and 3rd as well, only one lvl in shadow walk. As for later in game i make deso first and Mkb after to focus on 1 hero kill. And i solve my mana issues by making Ring of aquila.

Stats are terrible for Bounty, if you plan on getting Shuriken and Stats goodluck surviving.

You need to max your Shadow Walk early since it reduces cooldown and you level fast when it's the beggining of the game.

why would anyone go stats on bh, all his skills are amazing, you be crazy, i do disagree with this build order though 2 lvls in shurkin are a must, also poorman's shield is way better than getting a quelling blade, you don't need it with jinada. I do agree with maxing jinada first though, by first best thing to do because till you get your perseverance you have mana issues, jinanda is cheap and reducing the cooldown on jinanda to 6 seconds is awesome

What I don't understand is if you oppose shurikens, why not go stats first.
