You're mistaking the point of the Radiance; it's as a fighting item. 20 minutes into the game, 50 DPS to every enemy hero on the ultra-tanky bear is very hard to deal with. In addition, you have the 17% miss chance. Finally, it's a farm accelerant and has better stats for a carry than Swaghanim's Scepter. So, to answer the question, it's a hard carry build.

As to the double necro book, I've never seen it... but it sounds utterly hilarious. Not sure if it's any good :)

Because Radiance says *Split Push* to me.

And don't you think Radiance is a bit overated? Since the whole point is that you can send your bear far far away in la-la land and still push with the aura. But now you have Swaganim Scepter!

No. The bear can't make illusions of any kind.
