It had been inscribed in the line of histories that ever since the very moment a mere mankind notices about the existence of history, every single saga about the great war of Men and all of the kind tells about mighty swordsmen pawning heads. Or about how such robust sanctimonious Paladins mangle the bare craniums of the damned minions of the dark with none but their over-weighted sacred hammer. Still, everybody had made themselves clear that there’s no such man; stressing the fact that there’s no man ever fondle the chests and heads of his nemesis with heavenly poke of the jagged point of an arrow. Mastering the proficiencies of archery is an utter humiliation for a man to do for eradication from the most effectively fatal distance is considered as pusillanimity. Yet, close combat is proven to be hazardous. Hence, the olden Kings and Queens had created an incontrovertibly peculiar rule; no man can wield the bow, no blade can serve the ladies.
For thousands of years, the validity of the rule retains until a particular wizard descendant got sick of drawing beams of lights and crooning ludicrous incantations. Hence he went to the forgery and tried to make friends with the weapons. His arms however are too feeble to raise even the lightest of all swords. The shields are heavier than him and yeah, the handles of the axes themselves are too craggy for his hands to grip. Saddened by the fact that he’s a failure in architecture for a swordsmen or a fighter whatsoever they call themselves, he intended to leave. But then, before he stepped out of the weaponry vault a sleek voice called him; unheard by the physical ear but audible deep inside. The source of the persuading plea for him to get close to is a bow. The bow is implausibly slender, so smooth that it is smoother than the cheek of a newborn. From the moment he grabbed it, they became one. The hereditary esoteric power of the Arcaneos possessed by him fits the need of the One Archer; a title he’s after. For the things that he had done, the higher authority cannot get any much infuriated for after millennia of time gone without anybody disobeys the one conformed rule, suddenly he’s the valiant one to combat with exceptional skill of archery. He was subjected for insubordination. Sentenced to banishment he was and then lost with track of time. Now, the One Book of Rule had long gone, burnt not long after the chastisement upon him for his defiance had opened the people’s eyes wide. Today, if you saw a man smile upon the death of his foe, blown upon the unlucky one the death kiss by the last arrow he ever see, bear in your mind that they are continuing the one duty Kurgae had started.
Skills
Supershot - Kurgae shoots an extremely powerful arrow which deals damage and drags enemy unit towards the direction Maelgorm facing on that time.

Level 2 - 185 damage, drags 300 units away.
Level 3 - 270 damage, drags 400 units away.
Level 4 - 355 damage, drags 500 units away.
Manacost - 100/110/120/130

* Casting range is 900.
* Drags over 0.8 seconds.
* Damage dealt is pure.
* Drags magic immune unit but does not damage them.
* Interrupts channelling spell. While he failed to lift the swords and rapiers, his congenital magical power grants upon him inhuman strength to draw powerful shot.
Bullseye - Kurgae marks an enemy unit with the Bullseye. Whenever he is nearby the Bullseye, he gains attack speed and any evasion of the Bullseyed will be cancelled. Buff lasts 10 seconds.
Level 1 - 25 attack speed bonus.
Level 2 - 35 attack speed bonus.
Level 3 - 45 attack speed bonus.
Level 4 - 55 attack speed bonus.
Manacost - 70
Cooldown - 20 seconds.
* Casting range is 800.
* Gains attack speed if Daegum is 750 units away from the target. The convergence of his aim upon his victim surges his innate trait of an assassin.
Empowering Arrow - With magical strength, Kurgae has the ability to deal greater damage in his hits.
Level 1 - 10% chance to deal 1.5x damage.
Level 2 - 15% chance to deal 1.5x damage, 10% chance to deal 2.0x damage.
Level 3 - 20% chance to deal 1.5x damage, 15% chance to deal 2.0x damage, 10% chance to deal 2.5x damage.
Level 4 - 25% chance to deal 1.5x damage, 20% chance to deal 2.0x damage, 15% chance to deal 2.5x damage, 10% chance to deal 3.0x damage. So unstable were his power, so do his shot. What to say? Pity him, a warlock wielding weapon.
Arcane Archery - His own archery skills are none like other. Whenever a hero with Bullseye died 750 AoE around him, he will permanently gain 1 point of agility, 2 points if he is the killer. Upgrading this skill will give him and his ally heroes bonus movement speed whenever he is nearby a Bullseyed unit. This skill extends Bullseye duration by two seconds progressively each level.
Level 1 - Gains 20% movement speed nearby a Bullseyed unit.
Level 2 - Gains 25% movement speed nearby a Bullseyed unit.
Level 3 - Gains 30% movement speed nearby a Bullseyed unit. "You may run, but I'm always after you."
At first I wanted to make it when a hero died in 900 AoE around him he will gain agility but my friend said that it is gonna be so powerful on him and he suggested the change .
Just an idea, this should give him more utility and takes away from the passive crit entirely instead using something similar to burning arrows only it is a passive, not an orb and random because of that.
This gives him a more sustainable damage boost, and would be a lot less spikey than giving him crit damage without having to build items.
Empowering Arrow - With magical strength, Kurgae has the ability to deal greater damage and cripple enemies with his hits.
Level 1 - 50% chance to deal 25 extra damage.
Level 2 - 50% chance to deal 25 extra damage, 25% chance to deal 50 extra damage.
Level 3 - 15% chance to deal 25 extra damage, 50% chance to deal 50 extra damage, 25% chance to deal 75 extra damage.
Level 4 - 5% chance to deal 25 extra damage, 25% chance to deal 50 extra damage, 50% chance to deal 75 damage, 20% chance to deal 100 damage.
Cooldown:11/8/6/3
Leaves a debuff on target for 10 seconds that causes a movement slow when hit with Supershot.
Level 1 - 20% movement slow.
Level 2 - 30% movement slow.
Level 3 - 40% movement slow.
Level 4 - 50% movement slow.
So unstable were his power, so do his shot. What to say? Pity him, a warlock wielding weapon.
wait ,the second part . i don't get it . err, are you editing my nuke skill ? getting rid of the drag and instead replace it with a slow? i don't think i'll agree because the main point of this spell is the dragging mechanism , to drag away enemy from him . and 10 seconds slow . OMG ..
Nah sorry should have clarified that. The debuff stays on the target so you have 10 seconds to proc the slow along with the drag. The slow itself would only last 2-4 seconds.
So it doesnt change Supershot at all directly but gives an added effect if used after Empowered Arrows is used on the target.
I think you should combine Bullseye and the ult into one skill. Also, Extend the duration of Bullseye because 10 seconds is hardly enough to kill someone.
What I can see, this hero works as carry . Sometimes support , ganking , yeah . Provided with a nuke which deals large PURE damage , he is powerful . and yeah , I felt that 10 seconds is a little bit short . not enuff to do the kill so , I increased to 16 seconds. And for everytime he level up his ultimate skill , the duration extends . hehe .. About empowering arrow, you see , critical damage is always better than flat bonus damage . He need to build damage as well as survivability , and that's how a carry hero works (according to me) .. About the fact that I can send to valve , I don't know , icefrog is well known to be a guy who won't accept other's mere ideas . so , yeah . i just posted here and share with you guys . :)
