USE Player Looking for a Team

I'm looking for a casual/semi-serious US team to play with. I'm not really interested in playing solo Dota anymore, I just want a team to actually strategize with while I play.

I haven't finished calibrating group MMR yet on this account, but I've been playing in the 'Very High' skill bracket and estimate myself at around 3.8. I'm willing to play with anyone over 3k as long as they actively want to get better and actively want to win games.

I play on USE server primarily, but USW shouldn't be an issue (or presumably EUW, though I've never tried). I typically play a couple games each night, around 10pm ET.
