Where are all the pros when it comes to communities?

Do they even participate in any community forums?

What do you mean exactly? There are no professional players (that I know of) that are active on this site.

I think he means on any site, and they dont post anywhere because as soon as they do a bunch of ***hats try to prove them wrong about everything to show they are better. Its not really worth it for them.

Well, it takes time to become pro at a game. Dota 2 is very similar to Dota, but it is also very different and takes time to get used to. Not to mention that it is still beta and things are getting changed left and right. Give it time, there will be pros sprouting up everywhere when Dota 2 releases.

PlayDota is where the huge majority of the DOTA2 community is.

Pretty much. This does seem to be the most active "new" Dota 2 guides site, at least. I'm sure it'll grow over time.

Numeta is certainly not pro. Most of the pro players have accounts at joinDOTA or GosuGamers and they can always be found in IRC channels.

With dreamhack this weekend, you can find representatives from most teams on Quakenet @#dh.dota2.

Yup I agree. This website looks good and it takes to attract players to this forum :) But where are the majority DOTA2 players? playdota only?
