Yes, I've seen this done. I've even done it myself. I personally did this because we were hoping for some net>arrow comboes. However, in other cases the Meepo in question is not paired with a Mirana. Some might do a dual lane meepo if the meepo is not safe mid/offlane, and will constantly die, or if the enemy posesses an incredibly powerful ganking pair. I've also seen Singsing play catchup on a trilane Meepo, which is excessive, considering how much XP meepo requires. The question here is then, when would you play a meepo in a non-solo position if at all. And if not, why?

Meepo saps so much exp, and requires to be ahead. It's better to play him solo.
