I mentioned it is still effective in late late game so it means you can get it as 6th slot or 7th slot, which is the time that you will have 4k~5k HP. Getting this item before 50:00 is simply pointless because you have no HP to do the massive nuke.

Just sayin'. MR is kinda important in the current meta.

I think the build-up might be changeable while still providing the same stats, tho (adding in MR, of course!). If this was an item that build from Hood of Defiance, 2 Ultimate Orbs and a recipe, it could be legit.
