Oh I agree. I know there are individual champions that are better at split pushing, but there isn't a 'type', so to speak. Some of them are bruisers, some are carries, etc, no single 'Pusher' archetype.

Though it doesn't list them as "pusher" like in DotA 2, you will definitely, definitely pick them for their splitpushing capabilities, just as you would for a "pusher" in DotA. Teams are definitely built around this strategy just as they are in DotA.

As an example, you could, if you wanted, use Brood in team fights and never ever splitpush. It would, however, be a waste (as she is a "pusher"), just as Shen on LoL would be if you ulted from somewhere close by, or if you tried to use Teemo as your main carry and not a splitpusher - since both of those are splitpushers.

Played a Viper + Venomancer lane once.

The poison-harass was absolutely ******ed down from LvL1 and we totally raped the lane. Tier 2 after only a couple of minutes. (like 10 or so)

Enemies were ******ed, though. Still funny.

Dat harass, man...

Just surprised that Pusher and LoL got brought up in the same post and no one mentioned Sivir. Granted its been a LONG while since I played so maybe she's not as strong anymore.

Quoted:
She also has the invisibility passive when you stand still, same as teemo.

Both Lanaya and Teemo got same (305) movement speed.
