Pick zeus, ult when you are lvl 11, if it's the do 1000 dmg in a second to enemy HEROES.
You say you have to do 1000 dmg to a single hero, though i haven't seen that challenge at all so I think it's the one I mentioned.
If such a challenge does exist, pick PA, Kunkka, Tusk (carry), anyone with 4 digit crits.

it's do 1000 damage to heroes in a sec no number is mentioned the damage must be on a hero.

Zeus or PA are the easiest to get this one

I imagine you could do it with Aghs Lina, since you're only 50 damage away from 1k, not sure how long it takes for a Laguna followed by Dragon slave though.

No need for dragon slave, just euls -> lina stun -> laguna. DONE!

Phantom Assassin's Coup de Grace makes this possible without much trouble at all. Seems to be the easiest hero to complete this challenge with, alongside Zeus.

1000 is easily accomplished by Keeper of the Light. Does it count for denies? If I suicide with over 1000 health, does that count?
