I am starting an Australian team and am looking for interested participants.

what im looking for!
    *3k rating or above.
    *good knowledge of the Australian language including all the slang cause hey ****s r ***ed ey jks
    *a great knowledge of the game
    *available from 8pm AEST
    *willing to be online for 2x training sessions a week
    *willing to commit to team and improve
    *available for scrims and tournaments
    *non aggressive manner
    *ability to handle criticism (this is a must since we will be getting coached by a 6k player)
