OK, so this is fairly specific.

With Jakiro when doing the classic Eul's, Macropyre + Ice Path heroes can get off their BKB before they get stunned. I assume this is the same with Lina's combo, but i'm not sure if it's a Eul's problem or an Ice Path problem.

Why is that? Is there is split second before you land where you come out of the cyclone and can activate certain items?

It's always bothered me...

Lina combo is a lot harder because you have to time it perfectly. Jakiro can cast Ice Path before you land and you will still be stunned.

Nah, you can get the BKB off. I tested it where i Eul'sed and used Ice Path before Macropyre and they still got BKB off.

I looked at the dota 2 wiki and ice path has a 0.5 sec delay, but it seems that it is not a projectile that has to reach the end of the ice path, but it looks like it visually.

Yeah, i always thought it worked as it looks. so the .5 is just the casting animation and it doesn't matter where you are along the path?

Though, this cant be the problem i am having as the path is fully formed before the Eul's ends.
