Looking for a group to play with

Hi, I'm new to this site and a relatively new DOTA player as I've only had a couple of months of experience.

To put it bluntly, I'm tired of playing with strangers. I feel that it isn't conducive to becoming a better player and it can be downright frustrating to deal with the lack of team cohesion that often comes with "random" matches. Everyone is pinging like crazy, everyone wants to be captain, 1 person is trying to solo push, two are in mid getting sandwiched and feeding, 1 is in base playing with the courier. You know how it is.

I know the basics of the game and I even think I can play a pretty mean Death Prophet and Vengeful Spirit. I'd like to get more experience on Drow Ranger and maybe even Tiny, but I find that often in these random matches everyone goes for carry, leaving me picking something else. (Usually support hence Vengeful and Krobelus.)

I'm not a shouter or a rager, but I do enjoy playing to win. I don't enjoy rude people. I'm eager to learn and improve, and I have a good head on my shoulders. I'm not looking for an ultra-competitive group as I would'nt even be able to play at that level right now if I wanted to, but a group that is consistent and has good cohesion would be nice. Hell, I'll even take just a random person who wants a good Death Prophet at their back.
