You probably need to practise in bot game first because TB is not a newbie-friendly hero (micro and farming). For teachers you can ask Keep Calm and Feed or Tetathiel, they are avid TB players.

Especially in the current meta where he doesn't really fit in anywhere that much.

TB is about patient, farming, and good teammates who can balance the game.
