US HIGH SKILLED team

Anyone who wants to play on a us high skilled team, comment below. I wont say much, but here are the basics:
We will play around 1-2 games a night, from 7-9 us eastern time.
You must have/be the following things:
Must have above 4kmmr. No excuses. Im tired of getting people who say they are good but are trash.
Must have mic/able to get speech software like skype/teamspeak.
Must speak english
Must be on at a semi-regular time for practices.
