You still have 5 levels of poof and 3 levels of earthbind.
Rushing Aghs first, before Vlads in important. As your damage is relatively low and lifesteal is %-based, it is relatively pointless to rush it before Aghs.
I also won't suggest getting Mekansm as you will need to rush Aghs, getting Mek will slow you down too much, better left for a supporter or get Vlads after Aghs.
